Course Description:
Study of hardware and software used in wireless data communication systems, including signal encoding, error detection, cellular networks, transmission techniques and mobile devices. Also discussed in this class is the development of “web pages” for cell phones using wireless markup language.

Text book: Wireless Communications and Networks, by W. Stallings, 2nd edition.
