Meeting to discuss integration of athletics events portion of the app with the map, feedback survey, and school song. We will use the athletics events app as the base project and move other functionality to this app. The integration with the projects in their current form may not be a smooth transition because one app uses .xib files for the interface and the other app uses a storyboard layout for the interface. We would like to learn how to integrate both ways (from .xib to storyboard and vice versa), but for now we feel the easiest route is to convert from storyboard to .xib.
Shawn will implement the picker and discuss all code with Chase
Eric will work at converting storyboard to .xib files
Terry will work on parsing calendar events rss
Tina will submit grant request and update minutes on this website

Review of grant continuation application. This funding for this research came from an MSU Faculty Research Grant. We are going to apply for an extension of this grant to continue and expand our research. We hope to develop a cross-platform application so that Android users will also have access to our app.
Robert Steflik provided a link to the events rss feed (non-athletic). Eric, Chase and Mo worked on parsing the feed.
Organizational meeting. We will include a user feedback survey for the app. Chase will develop the survey. Next meeting: Sunday, 3-18-12 (end of spring break)
